This wine is produced from fruit from our vineyard in Strathewen and our good friend Umberto’s small patch in Yea. He gives us grapes – we provide him with wine! The Shiraz is matured in oak barrels for two years, then cellared in bottles for a further 12 months prior to release. This wine is characterised by a well-balanced fruit/oak quality, with a hint of black pepper and spices. This wine is one of the smallest batches we make and is also one of our most popular wines – so don’t miss out!
